  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and secure new business

  • Knowledge of technology sales, including software, hardware, or IT solutions

  • Leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a sales team

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them

  • Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and vessel history

  • Coordinate with the parts department to order necessary parts for repairs

  • Explain repairs and services to customers in a clear and understandable manner

  • Schedule appointments and manage the service department’s workload

  • Strong knowledge of marine diagnostics and repair procedures

  • Experience working in service center

  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and technicians

  • Proficient in service writing and preparing accurate estimates

  • Excellent sales and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
