Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales strategies
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Strong business development skills with a proven track record of success in technical sales
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Proven experience in driving sales and achieving revenue targets
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and secure new business
Knowledge of technology sales, including software, hardware, or IT solutions
Leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a sales team
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and vessel history
Coordinate with the parts department to order necessary parts for repairs
Explain repairs and services to customers in a clear and understandable manner
Schedule appointments and manage the service department’s workload
Strong knowledge of marine diagnostics and repair procedures
Experience working in service center
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and technicians
Proficient in service writing and preparing accurate estimates
Excellent sales and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
