Level 1 Marine Technician / Mechanic

Level 2 Marine Technician / Mechanic
$50 – 65k Salary
Florida
Efficiently perform parts replacement, diagnosis of mechanical concerns with minimal assistance, Inboard engine professional experience, electrical system diagnostics and repairs, advanced electrical rigging and insulation. 2-5 years of professional experience in the marine repair industry. ABYC or OEM certifications in marine systems or similar equivalenceÂ
Level 3 Marine Technician / Mechanic
$55 – 75k Salary
Florida
Ability to diagnose and repair vessel-related concerns in mechanical and electrical fields. 4 plus years of professional experience in marine repair industry. ABYC, OEM, or Master certifications in marine systems or similar equivalence.Â
Level 4 Marine Technician / Mechanic
$70 – 80k Salary
Florida
6+ years of professional experience in the marine repair industry. Has the ability and willingness to train Level II and below technicians. A minimum of 3 certifications in any of the acceptable standards such as OEM, ABYC, or similar equivalences.
Parts Technician
$35 – 55k Salary
Tampa Bay
Manage inventory, processes orders, tracks usage, and ensures timely availability of marine components. They handle parts storage, procurement, and distribution to support vessel maintenance and repair operations around Tampa Bay.
Marine Sales Manager
$55 – 85k Salary
Bradenton
Oversee sales of marine products and services, develop strategies to grow revenue, manage customer relationships, and lead a sales team. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
